How the Board handles complaints
  • The Executive Secretary reviews complaints and places them on the agenda of the next open Board meeting for Board action.


    How to File a Complaint with the Board
  • This form should be filled out in detail, notarized, and accompanied by any supporting documentation in order for the Board to begin action on a complaint. Complaints must be in writing and notarized. The Board will take no action on any complaints made by telephone, email, or other means.


    Grounds for Disciplining a Chiropractor
  • The grounds for withholding, denying, revoking, or suspending the license of a chiropractor or otherwise disciplining a chiropractor are detailed here, per Section 73-6-19 of the Mississippi Code.
