Online CA Registration Form

 A registration form for a Chiropractic Assistant must be done online by the Chiropractor that the CA will be working for.

Steps to add CA  

1. The Chiropractor should login to their profile.
2. Click on the Clinic tab and then select the clinic.
3. Click the blue plus button to add a CA.
4. Then click the "Add Chiropractic Assistant to Database" button and follow that process.
5. Once the CA has been added the fee can be paid online.
