    How the Board handles complaints
  • Once the online form has been filled in, the complaint will be assigned to a Board member for investigation. If action is needed the complaint will be put on the agenda for the next Board meeting for action. If a Hearing is needed a date will be set at this time.


  • How to File a Complaint with the Board
  • This online form should be filled out in detail and accompanied by any supporting documentation in order for the Board to begin action on a complaint. The Board will take no action on any complaints made by telephone, email, or any means other than the online form.


    Grounds for Disciplining a Chiropractor
  • The grounds for withholding, denying, revoking, or suspending the license of a chiropractor or otherwise disciplining a chiropractor are detailed here, per Section 73-6-19 of the Mississippi Code.
